RETURN AND DAMAGE POLICY

Inspect your order IMMEDIATLY upon arrival.  All items are in brand new perfect condition when shipped. If any item arrives not in perfect condition or missing parts notify us within 24 Hours by email.  Returns will not be processed on items that show any signs of any installation attempts or wear.   All Items for return including items with shipping damage must have a Return Authorization Number.

IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED - If a carton appears to have any creases or damage of any kind to its packaging, please note this with delivery person and contact us immediately at myhondapartsstore@gmail.com.

Damaged, defective or items that are missing components may be returned for a replacement or refund. We must be notified of damage within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please provide us with the following information: Name, order number, and part number. Please also describe the issue with the item in question.

At this time, a CALL TAG will be issued with the original shipper to pick up your return. You can choose to have the replacement item shipped out when the damaged or defective items are received here or you can submit a new order for the item you need.  You will be billed for the shipment of the new order and credit will be given after the return of the defective item has been processed. The replacement item will be shipped using the same shipping priority selected for the original order.

New returns must be returned to us in NEW condition, this includes the package.

Items must be clean, uninstalled and all attaching hardware, packaging, protective wrapping and packing must be properly in place and secured. Failing to properly package and pack an item may result in damage to the item during shipping. We cannot refund for items that are damaged during shipping.

Electrical items are not returnable.

No wiring harness is returnable.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

All new return requests must be made to us within 30 days of the invoice date. All returns will require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER so that we will be able to identify the package and issue your credit. To receive a return authorization number please contact us at myhondapartsstore@gmail.com.  An RA will be sent to you no later than the next business day.  Items returned without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER will be refused.

The credit amount will reflect the purchase price of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable. All items that are returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Note: When returning an item please use a shipping label.

DO NOT WRITE ON THE PACKAGING.

We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.

Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply.
