Orders are shipped from Central Oklahoma (Zip Code 73139). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Most orders received by 2:00 P.M. CDT can be shipped the next business day (Monday thru Friday). There are times we must special order parts from other warehouses in the U.S. We can usually ship these items within 3-4 business days from the time we begin processing.
Shipping Charges are calculated using the weights and sizes displayed and the destination ZIP code. Shipping options and corresponding shipping charges for your order will be given in your shopping cart.
Shipping weights can include factors such as size of the item and estimated packaging weights. The carrier bills based on package dimensions as well as weight. Due to variances in packaging size and weight, the actual weight and number of packages listed on your invoice may vary from what is shown in your shopping cart.
Shipping methods available are Ground, 3-day select, 2nd day air and Next day. The estimated delivery time for ground service is 3-5 business days. Shipping carriers do not begin counting transit times until the day after an order ships. The day they pick up the order is NOT day 1.
3-day select, 2nd day air or Next day air shipping does not guarantee that the item will be to you in that number of days. Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays. We process most orders within 24 hours; however some items must be obtained from American Honda Motor Company. This can sometimes delay our shipment to the customer by 3-4 days. The selected shipping methods time frame only applies once the order is shipped.
Next Day Air does not guarantee that the item will be delivered the day after it is ordered.
Day 1 is the day after the order ships, Day 2 is the day after that etc.
We are not able to export any items. Honda restricts the export of any US market parts and accessories.
We are not able to ship to US territories such as Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands
The parts and accessories we sell are only designed to work on US market cars. If you have them shipped by a 3rd party to outside of the US we cannot warranty them or guarantee that they will fit or function properly.
We cannot mark shipments as "No Signature Required" for liability reasons
We cannot give specific delivery instructions to the shipping carrier such as time to deliver or where to place the package.
We won't ship to 3rd party delivery forwarding companies; the shipment must go to an address where you will be available to sign for it.
Orders that are placed at different times cannot be combined into one order due to the procedures for processing and billing them.
Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
Oversized shipments will be additional. You will be contacted prior to shipping if shipping charges exceed the calculation at the time of checkout.
We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
Shipping carrier substitutions may be made at our determination.
